  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.


Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
  • Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Returns and Order Issues

Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee, all coffee sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong product or an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
