Shipping Policy
All Luma Coffee Roasters orders are roasted and prepared with care to ensure the freshest coffee possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your coffee’s journey to your door.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Please note that once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee, all coffee sales are final. However, if your order arrives incorrect or does not match what you purchased, we’re happy to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the product you received. Once we confirm the issue, we will promptly send a replacement with the correct item.
Our goal is to ensure you receive the coffee you ordered and that it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged package and product. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local carrier. If the package still cannot be found, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
